I have introduced two new treatments to those I already offer.

VITALITY SHOTS are thirty minute reflexology sessions aimed at all you busy people who may be looking to give your vitality a quick boost.

HAND HEALTH sessions are a thirty minute blend of aromatherapy massage and hand  reflexology.  This treatment may improve and promote flexibility, ease any discomfort you may have in your hands and improve the condition of the skin and nails. You will finish with a brief lesson on how to massage your own hands to carry on the good work at home (work sheet provided to nudge your memory.)  Priced at £20. These make a lovely voucher gift.

The 2010 loyalty card scheme has worked well and will roll on into 2011.  Each visit earns you a stamp and when you have six stamps you are entitled to a free, one hour treatment of your choice, or if you wish you may exchange it for a voucher and gift it to a friend!

Just click on the link to NYR Organic in the links box at the bottom of this page and it takes you to my website.  Alternatively you may order from me directly and I will deliver your goodies to your door! I am really keen to promote these lovely products, they are packed full of botanical extracts, free from potentially harmful chemicals, not tested on animals and ethically packaged. They are a pleasure to use and they really work!

Professional development is very important to me and I have been lucky enough to  study with some inspirational practitioners and teachers in the world of complementary medicine… Antony Porter, Inge Dougans, Dr Christine Page, Gabriel Mojay and Robert Tisserand amongst others.
