Reflexology
During a reflexology treatment a variety of specific massage techniques are used on the feet to help clear your body’s energetic pathways (known as meridians) and promote foot flexibility and comfort. It can foster a general sense of well being as it encourages the body to regulate chemical function, rebalance musculature and regenerate healthy cells. A course of treatment can alleviate symptoms of
- Hormonal imbalance

Reflexology
- Digestive disorders
- Sinus problems
- Muscular tension, restriction and pain
- Stress
- Skin disorders
- Fatigue
Reflexology is easily adapted to meet the needs of all ages and levels of health. Children and young adults respond particularly well – often remarkably quickly - to Reflexology.
My treatments are very thorough, sometimes gentle other times more vigorous. It depends on what is required to attain the desired results. You remain clothed with the exception of shoes and socks. For this reason it is advisable to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Reflexology is often deeply relaxing, so it helps to keep the hour or so after a session peaceful. Most importantly drink plenty of water following your treatment.
Treatment patterns: to maintain good health, monthly one hour sessions are best.

Reflexology
When dealing with specific or acute health issues, treatment patterns may vary… sometimes it is best to treat with three half hour sessions a week for a fortnight or more, for others initially weekly one hour sessions are indicated.
Your history and your needs will dictate what is best – I can advise you after you initial consultation and treatment.
